These classes are low as $11.75 per class and they progress you weekly as you become more fit!

$25 registration fee must be paid up front the reserve spot.
Class can be paid in full or weekly/monthly payments can be arranged. All participants with not paying in full must submit a credit or debit card for automatic debit. The goal is to gain commitment, because commitment is needed to see results!
Registration must be complete by January 1st and a minimum of the first months payment must be made in order to ensure commitment.

Can a beginner into fitness complete this class?
Yes, this class is designed to fit all levels. You work at your own pace and compete with yourself working to improve your personal health. This class will work for those who have not exercised in years, while challenging the most avid fitness enthusiast.
What types of exercises do you do?
A fitness program must contain all components of fitness to be successful. This camp will guide you through strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises to help you achieve your goals.
Why is this class different from other boot camps or gym classes?
This class not only focuses on the external and internal benefits of exercise, but also the mental piece that is needed to truly achieve your goals. Our goal is to provide you a one stop shop for fitness, allowing you to meet your goals and maintain them for life. Working in and working out in gyms for half their life, Herson and Kim Garcia know what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle and see results. This camp will provide what most look for in joining a typical gym or class and sometimes fail to get. You will not be a number, you will always have a plan and you will always receive the best service. Their success is seeing you succeed.
What about nutrition?
All participants will receive a nutrition plan, food journal and education as to how incorporate eating healthy into their lifestyle. We will review journals weekly and send weekly emails to provide additional tips and encouragement.

What do we do if we have to miss a class or will be out of town during the 12 weeks?
We will make every effort to allow make up classes during a different time of day. You will be able to attend a session that is happening later in the day or on another day. We do not refund time if you have to go out of town, but we will support you while you are gone through email, text, phone, whatever you need. We will also ensure you get right back on track when you return. We have made this program so valuable that we know each of you will still get every pennies worth in results and support.
What if I have a chronic illness or severe joint limitations?
Please call me so we can discuss your concerns. Sometimes exercise can be the best medicine for these obstacles. If this camp is not right for you, I will help guide you to a plan that is. Something is better than nothing.
